Adding Icon To Finished Project

How exactly does one pack the unpacked exe that has a new icon?


Went to "Misc/.../(loaded the .exe)/pack"


Compressing executable using... Upack
Compressed in 2870704 out 2870704 Ratio 1.0(0% = 0kb)

Nothing really happens...

Same results with upx.

When I use 20to4 the file vanishes!

One thing that I learned is that you need a 256col icon.
Less than that and the exe no longer works.

- Yes, icons are limmited to 256 colors!
You can change them by using ArtIcons or else...
